Community Youth Development (CYD) aims to decrease existing juvenile crime in the communities, as determined by Texas Health and Human Services Commission. The state funds are granted to the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services, and TRIAD chooses and manages the subcontractors who deliver the CYD services to youth in the community.
The Pasadena CYD programs are currently available to youth ages 10 to 17 who live in or attend school in zip codes 77506. Services are also available to any student who attends the following schools:
