For teens aging out of foster care, housing can be stressful. A new Houston campus aims to help

The HAY Center will break ground in June on housing meant to address the needs of Houstonians like Williams. The campus in EaDo, set to open in the summer of 2024, will include 50 one-bedroom apartments and studios for those exiting the foster care system in the Houston region.
